Information you choose to provide
The quote form asks for contact and transaction details. When you submit the form, your contact information, property details and the names you provide are stored in the website’s enquiry system for the firm to review. You receive a reference after the enquiry is saved. Please provide other people’s details only when you are authorised to do so.
How we use enquiries
When you contact the firm, we use the information to respond, assess whether we can assist and address the requirements of a potential engagement. A general enquiry does not establish a solicitor and client relationship.
Sensitive information
Do not include identification numbers, banking details or confidential documents in a general enquiry. We will explain how to provide documents after confirming the appropriate arrangements.
Website services and links
The website host processes enquiry data and technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Short lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit automated submissions. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorised firm users. Fonts are served directly by this website. External links, such as map links, lead to services with their own privacy practices. The site does not add advertising trackers or store quote details in browser storage.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off unless you enable it. If enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits, quote form starts, successful submissions and clicks on quote, phone and email links. We do not send your form entries, property address, names, contact details or enquiry reference to analytics. Query strings are removed from the page address sent with our page-view event. Your preference is stored in this browser. You can accept or decline in the cookie choice panel, and reopen it from “Cookie choices” in the footer. You can also turn analytics off here at any time.
